By accessing or using Youre (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Youre is a space to discover and stay true to who you are — plan your days, take action on what matters, and record your thoughts, inspirations, and reflections.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
You own the content you create through the Service. By posting content, you grant Youre a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit it solely to operate and provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data; (e) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (f) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our permission.
Paid plans (Member+ and Supporter) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Membership and will keep paid access until the end of the current period.
Refunds. You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or of a renewal by emailing hi@youre.as. Refunds are issued at our discretion and apply only to charges made within that 7-day window.
Price changes. We may change prices. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect on their next renewal.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleted accounts are kept in a recoverable state for a limited period before permanent removal, so you can change your mind. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or if required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youre LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
